Grajera hill, Sierra Albarrana, El Cabril, Hornachuelos, Córdoba, Andalucía, Spain

Good sized almandine crystal, with defined faces, with forms of the dodecahedron and rounded edges. It is partially coated by mica. It presents molds of with other crystals those growth with. A former specimens, nowadays very difficult to get, a classic for the Spanish mineralogy. 5w6d6c

Size: 8.8 x 6.2 x 5.5 cm.
Found in 1973.
