Mine de La Vidale, Bréziès, Asprières, Decazeville, Aveyron,

Good sized doubly terminated pyromorphite crystals. They show curved faces and edges, almost giving spheroidal shapes. They are bright, have a yellow slightly green color. They are partially covering vugs on a matrix with quartz. These specimens were collected working in old dumps of this French mine. This is one of the best specimens I've seen. l2v3s

Size: 10.0 x 9.1 x 5.5 cm.
Main crystal: 6 x 6 mm.
Found in 03-2011.
