Montorgueil (Leffe) Quarry, Leffe, Dinant, Namur, Belgium

Almost floating calcite crystal, with yellowish color, transparent and very rich in faces. We can observe the complex twinning formed by rhombohedral crystals. This limestone quarry has provided beautiful calcite twins which have made enjoy during years the crystallography mineral collectors. Currently access is not allowed. 3b3c22
